North Carolina Central University (NCCU) Ladies Soaring to EAGLE Promise(LSEP). Our motto is:

We provide mentorship, professional career counseling and development for freshman and first generation women by supporting their efforts to excel as successful graduates of the university.

Students enrolled in program will be paired with women who have or had similar professional careers consistent with the students’ interest of study. Both parties, professional college graduate women and mentees will exchange contact information.  Both parties will develop a plan of ongoing communication for the school year. This plan will be reviewed and renewed each semester until the student graduates or is no longer associated with NCCU.
