Who We Are

We are the youth arm of the National Black MBA Association focused on youth voice and empowerment.

What We Do

We serve youth ages 12 to 18. We use a programmatic mentoring model over five pillars. The five pillars are Leadership, financial skills, life skills, college and career prep. We have 25 youth who participate in the program and this chapter of youth are an award winning team of the 33 Chapters across the US
