Bridges Pointe, Inc. (Sickle Cell Agency)

Bridges Pointe, Inc. is a community-based organization focused on social support, advocacy, and sickle cell education.

Bridges Pointe, Inc. will enable young adults who are struggling with the physical and psychological complications of sickle cell disease transition to adulthood with dignity. The plan will tailor independent living apartments and supportive services to empower this group to master basic life skills, become more self-sufficient, increase productivity, as well as experience a better quality of life.

We work to promote the development of supportive services for young adults with sickle cell disease: to empower them for independent living: and enhance the quality of their lives socially and economically.
