Moving day Saturday August 12th 2023

Time 8 am to 2:30pm with one hour break

Below are the dress code from the campus

It is important that volunteers and staff are dressed appropriately during their

shift. Attire on the day of move in should be a positive representation of the

University  an focus on the safety of the volunteer and staff member Below are

guidelines tor attire on the day of move in.

1. Shirts: The only approved shirt for volunteers and staff are those issued for
   move in. Shirts shoul notoe cut on rioped or taken oft to exoose tank
   tons. muscle shirts or sports bras
2. Skirts and Dresses: All skirts and dresses are prohibited on the day of
3. Pants and Slacks: Pants and slacks should not be too tight fitting (body
   contouring or extremely baggy pants are not to be worn. jugging suits .sweat suits, warm-ups, shorts and stretch (Lycra®) clothing.  leggings/tights, stirrup pants are permitted, but should not be tor or ripped
4. Shoes: Shoes must be closed toe with a back. Flip-flops, sandals, crocs, and house slippers are prohibited.
5. Hats; Hats, caps, and head covers are permitted, but with words, pictures or logos having commercial, sexual, political, and/or negative connotations

2. Excessive  fragrance or smell of smoke 
3. Visible body piercing (with exception of ears)
4. excessively lengthen  nails
5. The obvious absence or presence of undergarments
6. Clothing which is sheer and/or revealing

volunteers and stat members who are dressed inappropriately will be asked
