Communities In Partnership (CIP) is a community-rooted organization that works to organize and cultivate long-term residents, especially residents of color and low wealth, to work towards racial, economic, and social liberation.
We have received donations of healthy personal care items to give out at our monthly Food Co-op and need help assembling gift bags.
Please wear weather warm clothing and comfortable shoes. The building is covered, but we will have the large garage doors open, and back doors to keep the air flowing through.
COVID safety guidelines (not up for negotiation): Volunteers must always wear a mask over their nose and mouth, stand 6 feet or more apart. We are able to provide masks, or you may use your own mask if you'd like as long as it does not have a vent port. If you need to take a break, please do so outside and far away from others. Please cancel your shift if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19. It is our priority to keep our volunteers and community elders safe.
We can only accept scheduled volunteers so we can limit the amount of people working in order to keep everyone safe and distanced.
