Lead a campus supply drive from start to finish—plan the timeline, promote the drive, manage collection points, and coordinate pickup. The drive can be for clothing, food items, school supplies, hygiene products, children's toys, or winter coats, gloves and hats.
You Will:
- Secure site approvals and set dates
- Create/print promo materials; spread the word
- Set up and monitor barrels/tables
- Recruit helpers; staff collection times
- Sort/label and tally donations
- Confirm pickup window with DRM
We Will:
- Drop off Donation barrels & pickup barrels and collected items
- Provide basic guidelines and sample flyers/ logos
- Inform of current needs (seasonal)
- Ideal for service hours or group projects
