2026 SPRING Eagle Pride Blood Drive

NCCU Eagle Pride Blood Drive: "HBCU MADE" 

The Department of Public Health Education is asking all NCCU students, staff and faculty, along with the community to donate blood at the Spring Eagle Pride Blood Drive taking place on either Wednesday, April 1, 2026 from 11:00 am to 4:30 pm or Thursday, April 2, 2026 from 11:00 am to 4:30 pm in the Nursing Building Room 2110.

To have a successful donation, bring a photo ID, drink plenty of water, avoid tea and caffeinated drinks. Also, make sure you eat iron-rich foods such as lean meats, whole grains, and leafy green vegetables along with vitamin C-rich foods such as citrus fruit.

For additional community engagement credits, come out and join the bone marrow and/or organ donor registry and get education about sickle cell disease and donating cord blood and bring a friend to donate.
