Preapproval by the Women's Center Staff is required before signing up for this event.
Volunteers will help setup up the space, set tables, greet guests, check guests in, seat guests, and usher the event. Volunteers will help gather items at the close of the event, break down tables, put items back into the Women's Center at the close of the event.
Must be available for the entire event setup, break down, and close out of the event.
Report to the Women's Center at 11AM in tea attire or professional dress. Event begins at 1:30 PM and will conclude by 3:30 PM. Clean up should be done by 4:00 PM.
Volunteers will be able to eat.
