Community Partnership For Racial Justice

Voter Registration / Get Out to Vote Activity Day: The Mt Level Community Partnership For Racial Justice (MLCPFRJ) will hold a Voter Registration / Get Out to Vote campaign on October 12, 2024. We invite NCCU Students to volunteer for this event. The opening will occur at 9:30am - Blacknall Presbyterian Church 1902 Perry St Durham, NC 27705 at which time all activities will be assigned as the volunteers agree to participate. Activities will begin at 10am which include card writing to be mailed to a prescribed list, door to door canvassing and on NCCU campus. Canvassing Also at open spaces such as shopping strips and parks.  Student volunteers will have the option to choose either of the activities. Those who wish will return to Blackall at 2pm for refreshments and review of the days event.
