Volunteer: Ranch Chores Service GroupRanch Chores is an essential part of what happens at Hope Reins. We work together to maintain a clean, beautiful, and safe area for the kids in our program. During Ranch Chores we typically participate in activities like the ones listed below: Invasive plant species removal in pastures - helps keep our pastures healthy and nutrition-rich for the horses Fence staining - with miles of four board fence, it's an ongoing process! Trail construction - our kids love to walk the trails with their mentors during sessions Clearing fence lines - from downed limbs, brush and debris Weeding and gardening - to ensure the Ranch is beautiful for our sessions kids Hope Reins is a 501c3 nonprofit and one of the country’s leading faith-based equine mentorship programs.
