Bridges Pointe, Inc is seeking a Administrative Assistant who will perform a variety of tasks depending on specific projects and deadlines. Office tasks will be assigned by the director and office personnel. Your work efforts will better assist and direct the needs of the clients we serve while respecting and maintaining the confidentiality of clients, volunteers, partners, and donors.

What You’ll Work On

General Administrative Tasks Data Entry

Emails, Phone Calls, texts, voicemail, Patient Intake & referrals

Internal Calendar in Gmail and organize Flyers that come in email into a folder

Join Meetings and Take minutes

Your Availability

Works remotely (may be asked to visit the office site at times) 10-20 hours per week

Advanced Computer Skills Data Entry Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to work on a team as well as work independently

Newsletter Editor Bridges Pointe, Inc is in search of a Newsletter Editor. The Newsletter Editor Volunteer will be responsible for support to the Bridges Pointe, Inc Agency to ensure that our clients, their families, and our partners receive timely access to the latest health information, events, fundraisers, and resources available. The newsletter will be distributed each month to our client list.  Job Duties: Volunteers will be asked to assist with and or complete the following activities: Preparation of newsletters and newsletter content  Create and design utilizing CANVA Ensuring accuracy of our Monthly calendar of events Utilize email to receive content from our staff for the newsletter Time Requirement: 5-10 hours per month (flexible) Schedule is flexible and will vary depending on tasks and volunteer availability.  Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs required  Knowledge of CANVA required Graphic design skills Orientation and Training Complete a Volunteer Application Form. Supervision Marketing Support volunteers will be supported by Bridges Pointe, Inc. staff Benefits Give back to your community.
