GRACED, Inc. is a youth-centered nonprofit organization based in Durham focused on empowering youth through mentorship, leadership development, STREAM education and community engagement. Operating primarily out of Weaver Street Recreation Center in partnership with Durham Parks and Recreation, GRACED, Inc. creates safe and supportive spaces where youth build confidence, leadership skills, resilience and workforce readiness through hands-on, relationship-centered programming. Known for innovative youth-led initiatives such as mentorship programming, leadership symposiums, Healing Circles and the #GRACEDfullyUnmuted podcast movement, the organization also provides meaningful opportunities for college students to gain real-world leadership, mentoring and community engagement experience while making a direct impact in the lives of youth and families.
