Who We Are
Community School of Digital and Visual Arts is formerly known as Carter Community Charter School, Inc. We are a public charter school serving students in grades K-8 founded in 1998.
Our mission is to:
Build students academically, socially, and emotionally every day.
What We Do
Community School of Digital and Visual Arts is the place for children because the members of the staff have a heart for children. Teachers and staff members seek creative and innovative ways to engage children in rigorous learning experiences that promote our core beliefs of developing productive citizens who are able to demonstrate strong academic growth, leadership, community service, and citizenship.
Our ongoing efforts and dedication, along with support from outside the school, will help us continue to make significant progress towards raising achievement and providing the best education possible for our students.
