Graduate University Research Week

We hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to invite you to volunteer for Graduate University Research Week (GURS) at North Carolina Central University (NCCU). This is a meaningful opportunity to engage with and contribute to one of the university's most distinguished academic events.

 

 

The Graduate University Research Week at North Carolina Central University is a significant event that showcases the depth and momentum of research and graduate engagement across our campus. The week encompasses public-facing events, campus-focused professional development, and scholarly programming.  GURS Week stands as a testament to NCCU's commitment to fostering research excellence and innovation within its graduate community.

 

 

Event Date and Time: Saturday, March 28, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Volunteers will be needed between 7:00 AM-2:30 PM

Walkthrough and Setup: Friday, March 27, 2026 | 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Location: North Carolina Central University, Mary Townes Building

 

Please note that the event is open to the public from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Volunteers are asked to arrive prior to the public opening and remain through the conclusion of the event.

 

 

All volunteers must register no later than Thursday, March 26, 2026, by 12:00 PM (Noon). As space is limited, early registration is strongly encouraged.
