Volunteer Coordinator Opportunity
Spring Semester Position (January 21 - May 31, 2025)
Do you have a heart for community service and a talent for organizing people and resources? MAAME, Inc. seeks a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to lead our volunteer efforts and make a real impact by supporting families through our Community Giving Closet initiative.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit & Inspire Volunteers: Bring together passionate individuals who align with MAAME’s mission, ensuring they feel empowered and prepared to make a difference.
- Champion the Giving Closet: Take the lead in collecting, organizing, and distributing donations to support needy families.
- Streamline Schedules: Coordinate volunteer assignments and align their skills with projects, including the Giving Closet and community outreach events.
- Engage & Celebrate: To honor their contributions, keep volunteers connected through regular updates, training, and creative recognition efforts.

Volunteer Qualifications
- Some administrative experience is required
- Can volunteer between the hours of 10am-3pm Wednesday-Saturday, extended hours if needed
- Flexible Schedule
- Can work independently in-person or virtual
- A minimum of 10 hours a month. More hours will be allotted if requested
