At Purpose Learning Lab, our mission is to empower youth through STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering/Entrepreneurship, Arts, Math & Mental Wellness). None of this is possible without caring volunteers who show up with heart and consistency.

We are calling on YOU—parents, college students, retirees, professionals, and community leaders—to join us as volunteers.

As a volunteer, you can:

• Mentor and tutor students in academics.

• Support hands-on STREAM labs and field trips.

• Assist with events, workshops, and community nights.

• Provide encouragement, guidance, and a listening ear.

No special skills required—just a willingness to give your time and energy to our youth.

Step into purpose. Help us create safe, inspiring spaces where kids can learn, grow, and thrive.

Flexible Floating Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

To ensure smooth daily operations, we are implementing floating shifts. Staff/volunteers may be scheduled at different times within this window depending on program needs.

Shift Windows

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Midday Shift: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
