FOR DESIGNATED ADS Executive Board Office Hours ONLY:
Annie Day Shepard Scholars Executive Board Officers will participate in planning committees for at least two (2) educational programs per semester and plan/participate in one (1) community outreach opportunities each semester.
ADS Executive Board are also responsible for fulfilling specific duties that reflect their cohort responsibilities. Duties will include, but are not limited to, actively participating in planning general body meetings, advertising/social media engagement, offering/receiving program feedback, setup/breakdown of programs, and other assigned tasks related to program planning and community outreach.
