Exciting opportunity to represent NCCU at the AI Summit proudly presented with Deloitte. We’re seeking enthusiastic student ambassadors to help welcome attendees, share information, guide participants, and amplify the energy of this landmark event. Roles & Responsibilities Ambassador Core Duties Welcome attendees and provide event information at check-in desks Guide guests to sessions, restrooms, and concession areas Distribute program materials and promotional items Capture feedback and assist with on-site surveys Campus Outreach & Social Presence Promote the event on campus and via university channels Take and share live social media updates with approved content Encourage student attendance in registered sessions Support & Logistics Assist with room navigation, signage, and crowd flow Help with volunteer check-in and orientation Report issues to the event staff promptly
