Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable college student volunteers to assist our organization with participating in the Women’s Health Awareness (WHA) Conference 2026, a community-centered event focused on improving women’s health through education, screenings, and engagement. The WHA Community Engagement Program is an innovative environmental health research, public health practice, and advocacy initiative. Volunteers will support our organization as we serve as a panel participant and host an informational table during the conference.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of the organization’s table and materials
  • Engage with attendees by welcoming visitors and sharing information about our programs and services
  • Help distribute educational materials, giveaways, and resources
  • Provide general support during the panel session (as needed) Assist with light administrative tasks such as sign-in sheets or data collection
  • Represent the organization in a professional and friendly manner

Preferred Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in public health, community engagement, or health equity Ability to work in a team and take initiative Dependable and punctual

What Volunteers Will Gain:
