They provided leadership and mentoring to their Eagles in Flight Squads (to include 15-20 students per squad)
The attending monthly Leadership Development Meetings with the Executive Director
They provide weekly updates, reminders and success strategies to their Squads via email and Group Me Chats
They meet with their Squads and facilitate student engagement during our monthly Community Meetings
