Maureen Joy Charter School is planning their annual Spring Arts Showcase-- an evening where they share the creative talents of our students. Due to covid restrictions, we will be having this event outdoors. We are looking for volunteers to help with the setup of the event on Thursday, May 12th.
We have two time slots:
- 9:00 AM-11:00 AM
- 12:30 PM-2:30 PM
We are looking for up to 5 volunteers for each slot--even 2-3 would be helpful. During this time, volunteers would:
- help set up tents, tables, and chairs for the various stations
- hang up student artwork
- set up decorations
