The 2023 Hayti Film Festival is in need of volunteers March 9-11 at the Hayti Heritage Center, 804 Old Fayetteville St. The needs are as follows:
- Hospitality - Assist filmmakers, guests and sponsors as needed at check-in table or as assigned.

Theatre ticket takers/turnaround - Collect passes, tickets and assist ticket sales as needed. Light turnaround of theatre between films.

Transportation – Make runs to the printer, caterer, etc. (Note: Requires proof of valid driver’s license & insurance.)

General Support/Runner - Provide production assistance as needed by staff.
To thank you for your service, volunteers earn a pass to one (1) film screening or one (1) block of shorts after completing your shift.
Please note: Passes are limited to one (1) per person, non-transferable and subject to seat availability. This pass will be good for the day of your shift, or the next day - your choice.
VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION WILL TAKE PLACE ON SATURDAY, MARCH 4 FROM 1:00-3:00PM AND TUESDAY, MARCH 7 FROM 6:00-8:00PM. YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR ONE.
