While the event provides a wealth of experiential learning, student volunteers will be assigned to perform tasks similar to those listed below:
- Set Up and Break Down of rooms
- Parking Assistants
- Room Monitoring (monitor time, communicate with program planners to implement session)
- Distribute and collect evaluations
- Hall Monitors (guide participants to rooms for workshops/activities)
- Distribute lunches to presenters
- Greeters

All volunteers are required to watch a training video to become acquainted with procedures. Tasks will be assigned by program planners.
