**Volunteer Opportunity: B.U.M.P: The Triangle**
**Description:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to support BUMP in various capacities. Your involvement will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our weekly programming.
**Volunteer Roles:**
- **Taking Attendance:**
- Responsibilities include managing attendee lists, checking in participants, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Ideal volunteers are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using basic attendance tracking tools. - **Classroom Monitoring:**
- Volunteers will assist in maintaining a positive and focused environment during class(es).
- Duties may include helping participants, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of the session.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle diverse groups are desirable. - **Setup Help:**
- Volunteers will contribute to the setup and arrangement of event materials, equipment, and seating arrangements.
- Physical fitness and a proactive attitude are essential for this role.
**Requirements:**
- Reliable and punctual individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
**Time Commitment:**
General Time: 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Specific Activities:
- BUMP Visual Arts Studio - 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM (2809 E Geer St)
- Guitar Ensemble - 10am to 11am (2809 E Geer St)
- BUMP Jam Rhythm Section Rehearsal - 12pm to 2pm (2809 E Geer St)
- Raising Voices Community Youth Choir - 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM (504 W Chapel Hill St)
- Bull City Music School School (Piano/Strings/Drums) - 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM (3329 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd)
You will be specifically assigned to class(es) once you arrive, unless you specify a particular class you would like to be placed in.
