Event Overview: Join us for an inspiring evening at the "Finding Purpose in Entrepreneurship" Youth Business Fair. This event will showcase the creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit of our young participants. We need dedicated volunteers to ensure the event runs smoothly and successfully.
Volunteer Roles Needed:
Parking Assistance
- Direct attendees to appropriate parking areas.
- Ensure smooth traffic flow.
Set-Up Crew
- Arrive early to help set up booths and displays.
- Arrange tables, chairs, and other necessary equipment.
Check-In Desk
- Greet and register participants and attendees.
- Provide event materials and information.
Booth Assistance
- Help young entrepreneurs with their booths.
- Provide support as needed throughout the event.
Clean-Up Crew
- Assist with taking down booths and displays.
- Ensure the venue is left clean and orderly.
