Volunteer Call to Action: Open House Information Table
Event Overview: We are excited to host an Open House event and need enthusiastic volunteers to help manage our information tables. This is a wonderful opportunity to support our community and provide valuable information to attendees.
Volunteer Roles Needed:
Information Table Staff
- Greet attendees and provide information about the event.
- Answer questions and guide visitors to different areas.
- Distribute event materials, brochures, and flyers.
Set-Up Crew
- Arrive early to help set up the information tables.
- Arrange materials and ensure the tables are organized.
Hospitality Crew
- Assist in providing refreshments and ensuring attendees are comfortable.
- Help with any special requests or needs of the attendees.
Clean-Up Crew
- Assist with taking down tables and packing up materials.
- Ensure the venue is left clean and orderly.
