The West Durham Baptist Church will implement a Community Outreach Project with Urban Ministries of Durham, on Saturday, September 14, 2024. Ten student volunteers are needed to serve in a capacity of their choice, based upon the needs below:
9:30am-11:30am: Assist in packing and loading 160 (minimum) toiletry bags at West Durham Baptist Church
11:30am-12:15pm: Travel to Urban Ministries and set up for distribution
12:30pm-1:30pm: Distribution of toiletry bags to community participants
Lunch serving to community participants
Prayer to community participants
