Liberty Arts is looking for 4 students to help monitor guests as they come in and out of the event area at CCB Plaza for our upcoming Third Friday event.
Volunteers will be asked to instruct to all those that enter the plaza with social district cups that they cannot bring cups back out of the plaza once entering. Enjoy a fun event while helping a non-profit arts organization monitor the crowd!

Major the Bull turns 21 this year, following his creation in 2004 by Liberty Artists Michael Waller and Leah Foushee-Waller. Now that he’s finally legal, Durham breweries are gearing up to serve him his first sip!
The fun doesn’t stop there! Enjoy kid-friendly party games, art activities and a trip down memory lane for Major’s legacy. And don’t forget to sign Major’s giant birthday card, courtesy of Downtown Durham Inc.!
Jam to live tunes and entertainment by DJ Brian Dawson, grab a birthday cupcake from Little Barb’s Bakery and explore birthday-themed specials from participating downtown businesses! Then, hang around for a Cypher by Blackspace at 9:19 p.m.
