The event is called the NCShare Campus Cyberinfrastructure: Connect, Collaborate, Create Workshop, to be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at North Carolina Central University (NCCU) in Durham, NC. We are hosting the workshop at the 2nd floor of the Nursing Building from 10 to 5:30 pm.
We would ideally welcome 5 -7 students to help us. We need students to help navigate our guests from the parking deck to the Nursing building. And to help VIP guests navigate to the reserved parking at the Nursing building.
Students need to report to room 2315 in the Nursing Building by 8:30 am. We need students to support the workshop. The students can attend the workshop, if they would like as well. We need help with 2 mic-runners and scribes to write down ideas, etc., on large post-it notes and other session support. Refreshments will be provided.
