The 2023 Durham CROP Hunger Walk is scheduled for Sunday, April 2. Volunteers are needed to assist with the walker education programs that are offered in the hour prior to the Walk starting. Volunteers are asked to meet at the JB Duke statue in front of Duke Chapel at 1:00 p.m. for orientation and setup, then participate in the educational activities from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., after which they will be free to leave or to stay and participate in the Walk. They will be asked to work at tables or to make brief presentations to groups of the walkers. All materials are provided. These are fun activities that many NCCU students have enjoyed in the past. Please contact Marguerite Bauer, at mbauer1@nccu.edu or (770)687-0344 (cell) to sign up and receive instructions.
Please register and include a cell number to reach you on the day of the event.
