The Undergraduate and Graduate Research Symposium at North Carolina Central University offers a platform for both graduate and undergraduate researchers to showcase their work to a professional audience. It's a chance for students from all areas of study to learn from each other and make connections with others from different disciplines. This symposium aims to highlight the importance of research experiences and showcase research projects and findings from NCCU students. The positions available are below. 

 1. Registration Desk Attendants: These volunteers manage the registration table, welcome attendees, provide name tags, and distribute event materials.

 2. T-Shirt Table Attendants: These volunteers manage and distribute T-shirts to attendees

 3. Session Moderators: These volunteers are responsible for overseeing specific sessions or presentations, ensuring they start and end on time, facilitating Q&A sessions, and helping speakers with their needs.

 4. Information Guides: Positioned throughout the venue, these volunteers provide directions, answer questions about the event schedule, and offer information about the facility.

 5. Poster Assistants: These volunteers will help set up and organize the poster area, assist presenters with their setup needs, and ensure the poster sessions run efficiently.

 6. Clean-up Crew: Post-event volunteers dedicated to dismantling any setups, clearing areas, and ensuring the venue is left in good order.
